Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
Cancellation or modification requests must be made within 12 hours of payment confirmation.
Once packaging and shipping begin, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
A 6.9% + $1 fee will be deducted from canceled orders to cover administrative and processing costs.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
Product Issues: If the product fails to arrive within the guaranteed timeframe, is incorrect, or is damaged.
Proof Requirements: Provide necessary details such as unpacking media, order number, and customer name.
Additional notes:
Customers are not charged for shipping when exchanging damaged items.
Refunds for buyer’s remorse are processed after the product is returned.
Return Policy

Return Requirements:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase or 14 days of delivery, whichever is later.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all components and packaging intact.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Exceptions to Refunds or Returns
Refunds or reshipments are not provided in the following cases:
Delays caused by factors within the customer’s control (e.g., incorrect address).
Pre-order and custom-made items (unless defective).

Exchange Policy
Replacement items are provided free of charge if the carrier is at fault for a failed delivery.
For incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, replacement items can be ordered at the customer’s expense.
Delivery Failures
In cases of delivery failure, customers will be contacted for resolution.
If we do not receive a response due to incorrect contact information, the package may be destroyed. The company will not be liable for any resulting losses.
International Shipping Advisory
International shipping may incur customs fees and additional costs.
